Gwyl Fama

This year’s Gwyl Fama festival looks to be bigger and better than ever before! The festival runs across 10 days and offers a varied cultural programme including classical concerts, folk evenings, bilingual poetry evening, scriptwriting workshops and a cymanfa ganu. Gŵyl Fama events take place this year in Cilcain, Caerwys, Nannerch, Hendre, Halkyn, Llanferres, Gwernymynydd, Buckley, Flint and Mold.
In addition, Saturday 10th October sees an entire music and arts village for young people decend upon the village of Cilcain with open mic sessions, music, spoken word & drumming workshops, Tai Chi, graffiti wall, street dancing & much more!
